Seated Shrugs -

2 plates x6

3 plates x6

4 plates x6 2 sets

Parallel / wide grip pull ups -

-20lbs of BW 6 rep sets of each variation, 3 sets each variation

Hammer Curls -

50lbs 6reps 4 sets

Standing DB Preacher curls -

25lbs x6 3 sets per arm

Cable curls -

90ish lbs 6 reps 2-3 sets i think

Weight is wayyyyyyyyyyy down, didnt eat or sleep much last week due to some personal shit. Still not all there but at least im still consistent. Diet was much better today to.
