Did some wider stance squats today for a change. I felt ALOT stronger in the hole then with my regular stance, i think i need to look into this more. The only thing i did not like is the punishment my knees took while trying to spread my feet out with 500lbs on my back and no wraps.

Leg Press -

14plates x6 wraps on these, felt good i coulda added more weight but it was racked out. Legs felt so strong with the wraps on!

210lbs 10 reps / 10 on stack 10 reps
2 sets total to cool down

Well i missed my max attempt at 550 but i am not surprised with the way things have been going. Back is also tight as hell so i know i gave it a good shot.

Tired and felt shitty but still trained. I’m not sure whats going on with my stomach but i have heatburn almost 24/7, sometimes i can eat other times i take a bite and im full or wanna puke. When i got back from training i puked up water and some of my protein shake and it looked like there was a TINY bit of blood in some of the shit i spit up, I hope i don’t have an ulcer or something serious. If it doesnt get better by another week im gonna call the doctor.
Wheelbarrow Deadlift -
started with the lightweight class weight for a few reps then kept doing triples, worked my way up to the heavy weight weights and got a triple with my belt on.
Frame carry -
did an empty run and one with the 200 weight class weight, didnt want to do alot of back work today because im shooting for a PR on deads tuesday.
Sandbag Carry -
was flying with this, did all weight class weights for full distance except the heavy weight weights because i was getting tired and didn’t feel like going the full distance

Did legs today, surprisingly strong and im down to 207 when i weighed myself this morning so no idea how my strength is up but i’ll take it.
Squats -
225lbs x6
315lbs x5 rehband belt
405lbs x3 belt and wrist wraps very easy reps
500lbs x2 coulda got 3 but decided to take it easy today since my weight is down and sleep has been bad.
Leg Press -
4 plates x6
6 plates x6
8 plates x6
10 plates x6
woulda did more but this particular leg press was racked out so didn’t have the option.
Then i did some leg extension and curls and a little bit of calves. I had to train at another golds which was kinda funny because all the people who i am assuming are regulars were eyeing me the whole time probably because i was the only one using a respectable amount of weight.

Weight is wayyyyyyyyyyy down, didnt eat or sleep much last week due to some personal shit. Still not all there but at least im still consistent. Diet was much better today to.

Went easy today since i want to have a good leg day friday and not be wiped out. Food intake was kinda low today but tomorrow will be much better.

110lbs x2 needed a spotter mentally and was having a hard time setting up on the narrow bench
Push Press -

Felt like throwing these in. Had an “oly” grip where my wrists were cranked the hell back. Hurt like hell and threw me off but wanted to practice it.

kept moving the weight around but these were more for a pump then anything else.
