			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well&#8230;. Last night was a long night. I had to go to the ER because i puked up blood on the way to the gym. I&#8217;m glad it happened but at the same time im pissed. I&#8217;m glad it happened because i now know why i can&#8217;t eat worth a s***, my sleep is horrible and the rapid unexplained weight loss and crap training session for the past month. So after waiting 5hrs in the ER with no food or drink and 25 bucks later in prescriptions i should be better. They didn&#8217;t give me an exact diagnosis because they said they would have to look in my stomach to see where the bleeding is but they gave me prilosec to reduce the acid in my stomach and 2 types of anti biotics incase i have an ulcer because they said most of the time when you have an ulcer there is a certain bacteria present. I&#8217;ll keep everyone updated on my condition. Physically i am fine aside from a chest cold i got last week but thats going away. Hopefully i will be in good enough shape to do the paxton show in 2 weeks.</p>

When i got back from training i puked up water and some of my protein shake and it looked like there was a TINY bit of blood in some of the shit i spit up, I hope i don&#8217;t have an ulcer or something serious. If it doesnt get better by another week im gonna call the doctor.</p>
<p>Wheelbarrow Deadlift -<br />
started with the lightweight class weight for a few reps then kept doing triples, worked my way up to the heavy weight weights and got a triple with my belt on.</p>
<p>Frame carry -<br />
did an empty run and one with the 200 weight class weight, didnt want to do alot of back work today because im shooting for a PR on deads tuesday.</p>
<p>Sandbag Carry -<br />
was flying with this, did all weight class weights for full distance except the heavy weight weights because i was getting tired and didn&#8217;t feel like going the full distance</p>
